  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2 cup castor sugar

  8. 3 tbsp melted butter
  9. 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  10. 2 tsp vinegar
  11. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  12. For frosting
  13. 50 gms fresh cream
  14. 100 gms dark chocolate
  15. For decorating
  16. 1 small kitkat
  17. 1/2 cup grated chocolate
  18. 2 packets Cadbury shots

Instructions to make to make Wheat Chocolate Cake

  1. Sieve the wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, castor sugar and keep aside
  2. In a bowl add water,coffee powder, melted butter, vanilla essence and vinegar mix well. Then add the dry ingredients and mix well
  3. Grease a 6 inch round tin and put a parchment paper at the bottom of the tin
  4. Take a heavy bottom kadai add salt and heat on high flame for 8 to 10 mins. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients it should be a smooth batter. Do not over mix
  5. Pour the batter in the tin and place it in the kadai on the stand.. Cover it and cook on medium flame for 10 mins and then on slow flame for 20 to 25 mins. Check the centre of the cake with a toothpick if comes out clean the cake is done
  6. Remove from the kadai and cool it on a wire rack. Keep it covered with a napkin
  7. While the cake cools make ganache. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and keep it in a bowl. Heat the cream and pour the cream on the chopped chocolate and mix it till it is smooth
  8. When the ganache is at room temperature cover the cake with the ganache. Decorate the cake as per your choice
